I have 3 trees overwintering inside, all Ficus (a Microcarpa, Salicaria, and I believe a Retusa).

The Retusa has been really struggling lately. Over the winter I made some improvements, moved them to a better window, large, west facing with great afternoon light (I have no south facing windows) and added a supplemental light. I also started running a fan some.

But a month or 2 ago the Retusa started to develop a lot of black spotted leaves (fungus/rot? - it's been worse than the 2nd photo shows) and suffered more leaf drop. As the weather has started to warm up over the last few weeks it has really started to try to push new growth, but a lot of the new leaves seem malformed or underdeveloped, and some drop still. And some branch tips have died, dried up and gone black.

Watering is based on feel (I hand check the soil and gauge the weight of the pot) but tends to be about once a week or every 6 days. I also started some occasional light neem oil applications. I'd love some input on care and treatment.
