Eastern Leaf Chinese Elm

So I ordered a tree from Eastern Leaf the other day, a “Large Chinese Elm.” I’d read mixed reviews, but they’d been good for me on supplies and thing up to this point and I’ve learned from some of their videos so decided to give it a shot- plus there was a sale going on. I’ve got to say I’m pleased! The tree showed up three days after ordering, and it came well packaged and protected. The tree has really cool movement and only saw a few leaves had fallen off. The tree is in awesome shape and is ready for further development and styling. The pot is a tad on the large side, but I’m guessing it’s to let the tree grow some. Also, not wild about the blue pot, but part of the excitement is not knowing what you’re going to get when it comes to color. But, I’m very happy! Soda can added in last pic for reference.

Cool, picked one up from Lowes that looks almost identical, they've had Chinese elm, fukien tea, and ficus shaped like that for 29.99 lately. Picked up one of each, gonna air layer them down, not a fan of the curve.
