Dark pink ume

Picked up a medium sized project tree, I've been missing having ume. I really always have loved the dark pink ones, so this was an easy one to go for. It's only about 12"tall so good start on a decent size base. Already did a repot and lots of stub cutting and cleaning up and some small bits of carving.

Lost 3 Ume in the last couple months.....Recently bought, one would flowered and after that branches started to shrivel up and no leaf buds formed, the other 2 was full of flower buds but never flowered and branches shriveled up afterward. Yours look really nice Judy.
