Dan Robinson's Repotting Schedule

It's been a couple years.
I believe the clown will be around this Halloween.
My daughters don't like it at all.
They call it The Clown.
Not me dressed up as one.
Like it's a separate entity.
It's awesome.

I believe us Shrinks would call that a "doppelgänger" or something .... never met one before in reality nor in anyone's subconscious, so I'll just stand in awe and admiration at this manifestation (or infestation???) of your innermost self! Oddly, it fits, somehow, with the Godzilla persona as well, though from somewhat different movie genre's.

Glad we're past the little interpersonal Ice Age, Mike .... (and yet now I'm tempted to follow that by saying, "... but don't try that shit again!" LOL!) Take care!

You take care Will.
I think of you often.
You really don't understand how much you affected me.

Laugh all you want ;-) What you've described here IS NOT "only in a pot, never root pruned" Ground growing seedlings is not a pot, neither are mature landscape trees collected and pruned to fit in a pot.

And FWIW, this is not a great thing to do here in the east. You're asking for trouble, or crippling yourself in developing a tree, if you do.

Well ... yawn! ... maybe you need to move out West!

Nah. Lived out west. Not better, just different. Takes different knowledge to keep trees here. Applying what works in Colorado to trees on this side of the Mississippi is silly. LOL
