Can anyone tell me what kind of juniper this is?

The branches naturally alternate and elongate laterally like that on the whole plant, it isn't from pruning. I haven't seen another juniper that does that. I haven't been able to identify what species or cultivar it is online or using a plant identifier. 20231024_161821.jpg

Looks like procumbens juniper. Although there are other juniper types that look similar.
Ok, it branches really strange so I thought it might be some peculiar species.
