I would probably skip the perlite. It really doesn't stay in the pot (too light). Lava 80% and pine bark 20% is just fine.

May I ask what potting mix u use for the citrus?

Akadama, pumice, lava, in equal parts.

How about some fruit? Really sour, but still cool.
