Can't speak for summer in Vegas, but mine sure love full sun here in Kentucky even when it pushes up near 100. Picked this one up this spring from Puerto Rico.

That is a nice one! This one looks like it was definitely well established in Puerto Rico. I suspect mine will flower next year since I did some heavy pruning this time around to give it some shape. I'll definitely post some pics next year with hopefully some good blooming.
