Yeah I was thinking the same, particularly orange trees. A couple of my orange trees would bear several Home Depot 5 gallon buckets of fruit every year, and when those were in flower the whole neighborhood smelled nice :)

Orange jasmine - Murraya paniculata can grow fine for you.

it is hard to find a Jasmine as a bonsai.
In “the south” (Southern, NorthAmerica) they grow jasmine as hedges...

So I find this hard to believe..

You COULD be right...Buuut

I’ve seen a few. ;)

I‘ll bet someone will share.

I’ve got a water jasmine and it is flowering as we speak! Even with the couple of flowers it has, the aroma is amazing! Smells very sweet and nectary, almost like honey suckle!
