Bench shots

Here is one of my beech, it was super vigorous this year. I pinched all the buds, and then did a cut back of the strongest areas. Also took off quite a few outer leaves to encourage the second flush and inner budding. Brazilian raintree with new spring leaves, twin hackberry, and small jwp.

Awesome....I really like how you incorporated angles against the straight fencing into the display benches. It all looks inviting. Well done!

Looks great Judy! You have assembled a nice collection! I need a ticket to the Judy arboretum :p Love that monster crabapple you got from Don. ;)
You are certainly welcome if you are ever traveling in the area. I would really enjoy showing you my trees, some of which you are already acquainted with! ;)

Road trip someday....

Man you got fantastic trees. Love the benches. Is it just the photo or is that right side bench slanted?

The ground is sloped there, so it was a tricky thing. I have some photos of the bench build, this set and another set that I'm not using right now, as spring weather means keeping most of the D trees in the windhouse so the doors can close in weather. Here is a thread about that.

Nice benches, I'm just a little bit jealous :) Trees look good too, amazing how much further along they are compared to mine. Guess the greenhouse really helps!
