Al Keppler "Signature Series" Stick

This is cool. Thanks to everyone involved. I agree pics would be nice, but if we're keeping the lotto factor I understand.

The pots are at the top of the page.

so it ended at $64 yesterday. Why is it relisted again?

FYI, This is the 3rd re-list. Probably the winner donated it back again and just collected the pots? Not sure if these are new pots...if not then Al probably won the 2nd too. ;)

No no...the winner paid and declined shipment and has graciously asked the owner to relist again except this person (I know who it is) has also added a fifty dollar gift certificate from the fine folks at Dallas Bonsai Gardens.

So the new deal is the stick and all that stuff, the two pots I donated ...AND a 50.00 dollar gift certificate. Plus a couple freebies I am throwing in that no one knows about. Lets just say that you will be surprised. Well over a $100.00 worth of stuff. One of my freebies is priceless.

So if this is the case why mess around?

WINNING!!;)

Indeed!

Ernesto has indeed won the signature stick. The gift certificate has been awarded and the box from me is packed and ready to ship tomorrow morning brite and early. Should have the pots by Thursday latest.

I have tricked it up a little so have fun.

I want to thank our anonymous benefactor that donated the pots back, paid the original 64 dollars to Chris and allowed it to be relisted with a $50.00 Dallas Bonsai gift certificate also. This person is the real deal.

The big winner in all this is Chris. He has no idea what has happened. All he knows is that he picked up $169.00 from a twig in his yard and some glue, sandpaper, popsicle stick, a golf tee and ball and a wire tie thingy. Pretty good profit on 2.00 worth of stuff.

oh....and Ms. Anonymous donor....Watch out for alligators!

This looks like an amazing good time. I only wish I would've seen this thread sooner. What fun!

The Package

So here it is. I received the both packages from Chris and Al on Wednesday but did have a chance to post pics until today.

Here are the contents of both packages. The two pots and the freebies Al threw in which are pretty awesome. Maybe Al can tell us more about them.

Chris threw in a few more items he had at his place. An empty tape dispenser, a rock or broken ceramic piece of ceramic in a bag, a used golf ball, a used wine bottle plastic topper, a roll of tums, 1/4 full bottle of glue, sand paper pieces in the crown royal bag, a shiny metal thing?, a sheet of stickers, a pack of popsicle sticks, a chewbacca trading card and the stick of coarse. There was a beer bottle sticker too but it disappeared and my 3yrd daughter "borrowed" the wire tie thingy.

Here is the first of the freebie pots

He also included a pack of Trident maple seeds that I guess I'll have to wait until next year to use.

Thank You very much Al. I really liked the package and I bet Chris appreciated what you did. You are a very generous person..

Nice Gary Wood pot! Somewhere I have one in the same style, shallow and wide...

That is true, the cascade pot is by Gary Wood and the small accent pinch pot is by Southern California artist Michelle Daugherty. I think she is slated to head to Japan soon.

Have fun with them and post them up with some plants sometime.

Ok...now I head back to bed with the stomach flu.....I don't know which end to put in the bed first......sorry....yech!
