Boy this was a long write up but I included everything and got a few great shots.
Spent Saturday at the Riverside Convention Center, conveniently 10 minutes from my apartment. The trees on display were fairly high quality and from what I was overhearing better than last years show.
Got to meet Kunio Kobayashi too, basically a bonsai god/celebrity for us bonsai folk. Was a pretty fun day and a decent first GSBF convention.
I've been typing for a few hours so I'll just leave this here but I attached several pictures from the convention to look at.
