No claims were made that this was bonsai material. I’ve dealt with Wilson Bros before and know that they’re a landscape material nursery. These are out of my zone so most crapes can be difficult to source in my area (northeast US).Thats how those drawf crapes are packaged for landscaping purposes. A buch of little trunks cramed in one container to give bulk to the planting. Hopefully whoever you got them from didn't claim to have done any root work. Thats how you would buy them from Lowes or another box store. Atleast in the south.

Wow! That is the best Oregon white oak bonsai I've every seenHad my Oregon oak, Q. garryana in the bonsai shack for a little wiring and silhouette photo while it drizzled rain outside.

Cool barkPruned, removed the dead foliage and added a couple guy wires to this Weigela. View attachment 576549
