What a beautiful shade of blue! Is that bird a cardinal?

Clicio, these are known as the “Blue Jay”.

Right it's a Blue Jay. I almost got a pic of a Cardinal (red bird) in my JWP but they're a bit more timid
and also have an elusive swooping dipping flight pattern which makes them a little harder to catch by predators.
Cardinal is the state bird of WV.

Notice the spores dropping. They are white as indicative of the species.
