Adam's ribs (Monstera deliciosa)

@PiñonJ , as I am sure you know, "deliciosa" in many languages mean "delicious, tasty, おいしい 。"
I guess the Latin name "delicious monster" refers to the fruit.
I am not sure, but it makes sense.
Se non è vero, è molto ben trovato..

Yes, when I saw the name, I had to research it, because it looks like some kind of Philodendron. I love tropical fruit, so I was intrigued!

Cherry tree sapling, sun dial, obligatory mushroom, dinner bell, at the end of the backyard is a lake with geese (and snakes) so I do wear snake boots when in the yard! Oh yes and the ever present Florida pink flamingo!

Aha! Not so. Nature has lots of vines that style, so to speak, as they please. In fact that is much the same as some of the people I have known, and others seen here, their product shows every bit as much forethought as Mother Nature! (Mother Nature does occasionally get it right on the money.)

I hope it's appropriate to post these images here, but I've got a lot of wildlife in my yard. These are all screen grabs from a camera on the fence that separates my back yard and my back-back yard.

I've got deer and coyotes, but nothing on camera. Lots of other birds and some lizards too.

I have a couple mountain lion videos too, but they are hard to see in still form and I haven't posted my videos anywhere yet.
