Snow Thread!

Yep...everything except an inherited nerifolia get to brave it outside.
Me too, generally. This year, however, with the single digit temps we've had this month, I've had to bring in my maples as well as a pear that was already leafing out (it is in for the duration, now, until freezing temps are a thing of the past..

Well...it's all gone now, but nice for the 18 hours it lasted. Best thing about Southern Snows.

The same thing is about to happen here in MD. A foot of snow followed by 15F temps, and it's supposed to get to near 60F on Wednesday. Glad my trees are under snow, under a tarp, and in the shade. Hopefully it wont all melt, because around here March is typically the month when we get a serious snowstorm. Come on Spring weather. I usually look forward to St. Patty's day to start to pull my trees out of their winter home. Fingers crossed...

We're due for two to five possibly tonight from the same system here in No. Va.
