So, Al, what happened to humic acid? I tried a fertilizer that says it contains a good amount of humic acid this year. My plants have never looked better! green, lush growth ......I almost hate to be trimming it off. Libby

I have a bay tree in a growing pot. It tends to lose limbs at random. They just seem to die off for no particular reason, a few each year. Others grow back, of course. Have you experienced this die back with your Bay?

There are azaleas down here...a little less than up in town. I have a big orangey flowered one in my yard. I really want to figure this one out.....just don't want to keep on stupidly killing them if I can prevent it. I know I've learned something when I can grow azaleas successfully in pots. I...

I think my favorites are the second one posted, white with tiny red spots, and the Coral Bells. What do azaleas need in this climate to grow and stay healthy, in a pot, in this climate? I have tried 2. but each time it died after a few months.

I am a hospice nurse. No money here either, I did have a tree stolen once. A few years ago somebody took a liking to a portulacaria I had going. A big one too. Libby
