I live in Canton NC and things are really bad out here for a bunch of folks.

I won't ask for anything just prayers if you feel so inclined.

Things are coming together again and many people are now able to communicate, the first few days all I had was a couple of HAM radios as far as communications.

If there are anyone in the WNC area that may need something even if it means an address for mail to get to for the time being please DM me. I've been blessed to still have mail including amazon and UPS at this time. I can also do my best to help anyone find gas as we are relatively close to Asheville.

I work at the Oteen VA where things are pretty bad all of Tunnel Rd. is screwed. So if Y'all can pray for us please do, and if anyone needs something pleas HMU I may be able to help with what I can and if idk the answer i can probably find out!

Our local news just showed an interview with a family in Canton. Glad y’all are ok. My MIL is in Highlands NC. They lost power for several days, but Highway 106 was washed out and closed for a while so we couldn’t get to her if we wanted to get her out. Finally heard from her Tuesday and she is fine, said it was and adventure and winds unlike any she has experienced in her 80 years. She said it was eerie because they heard no birds for 3-4 days.

It's good to hear that the Cajun Navy is up in NC to help things out.
