White stuff on pine

So looked at the pines on Saturday, a week since I sprayed the Neem oil on them and they looked a lot better, the white adelgids fluff was gone and the candles were starting to shoot out healthy needles. Just to be on safe side, I sprayed them again with Neem and that should do it for those pesky adelgids!

Was pure neem oil on spray or a insectcide with neem oil included in the insectcide?
