Just a heads up: there is no such thing as "bonsai seeds," just regular seeds that then you turn into bonsai over the years.

Another heads up: the percentage of germination is not only based on storage and seller, but also very much based on your germination techniques.

The problem with the rest of the question is that while we can point you in a direction to meet your criteria*, the most important missing criteria is wether the seed is actually what they say it is. Which is a greater problem then the rest when it comes to online seed purchases.
