What would happen if you watered with ....warm.... water?

I use warm water indoors on my tropicals, just because life is cold here and I don't want to make it colder for them. Warm for me means 80-90 degrees, like a warm summer day.

If you've ever dove into a pool in the middle of a heatwave, that also has been accidentally left with the heater on....you'll quickly believe in the differences water temperature can have.

You can't breath Ice. You can breath steam.

I never was able to regain access to this thermal imaging camera I played with for a day.....

The technology exists for this to NOT be a question.

There is a difference. We can sensibly argue the degree of difference.

"Warm" water makes no difference - you are anthropomorphizing it.

Cold water ALSO makes no difference, fwiw.

....ever put a passed out bro's hand in a pan of warm water?

BEST. FIREWORKS. EVER. 😴🕺
The party trick is that you put their hand in water, and then pee on them, right?
I don't think that's how it works, but I got a couple friends who thought it did.. They're not allowed to camp in certain parts of Belgium anymore.

Warm water is no biggie for most plants. But warm water can hold fewer chemicals and usually contains less oxygen. In our soils, that doesn't matter much. In deep water culture and aquaculture, it can mean a world of difference.
