Our bonsaipots get a lot of weeds in them.

It might be a fun exercise to share what your most common nuisance weeds are. I'm curious whether you all are dealing with the same species, or have local variations.

Mine are:
Arabidopsis - they're everywhere.
Oxalis - the low spreading, rhizome making fake clovers.
Dandelions - pretty, safe pet food, but annoyingly deep rooting.

Last pulling session I yielded about 5kg of weeds out of +/- 150 pots.

What are yours?

From the pictures posted on forums I suspect the same weeds are now worldwide.
Here the worst weeds are:
Bittercress - small rosette with a taller spike of white flowers quickly followed by explosive seed pods.
Copper oxalis - smaller brownish clover like leaves, yellow flowers followed by exploding seed pods. Also spreads by underground stolons.
Euphorbia sp - flat rosette. greenish leaves often with darker spots but turns reddish in full sun. Abundant small seeds very soon after emerging.
Irish Moss - cute starry cluster of thin leaves. Tiny flowers quickly followed by seeds. Also spreads by runners.

I also have a couple of native plants that have become weeds in the nursery pots:
Wahlenbergia spp - known as bluebells down here. All the attributes of great weeds - fast growing, quick maturity, lots of seeds.
Arthropodium spp - chocolate lily and vanilla lily. Lovely flowers, one smells like chocolate, the other like vanilla but both self seed in all the pots.
This year I'm chopping all flower stalks before they can set seed.

Dicranum (I think). Can't seem to get it out of a couple of my pots. Despite Wikipedia saying it's a moss, it anchors relatively deep.

I have a problem with those same weeds, plus Phytolacca americana.

Portulaca was my nemesis for a few years. Somehow the seeds got into my soil premix and they spread like wildfire. I'm retired and I weed every day, so nothing gets completely out of hand. My grow bed is a whole 'nother story, though.

Pecans, planted by demonic squirrels. American elm and green ash seedlings, wind disbursed. Oxalis is not a problem here--the summer heat kills it.

Oxalis is the worst followed closely by Irish moss. The only way to eradicate them is by applying Roundup with a paintbrush. This doesn't harm the trees. Violets and spurge are also a nuisance but are easy to pull. The worst weed in my ground growing area is Bermuda grass.

oxalis is the worst so far, it's everywhere.

there's also something else that grows in my pots, i don't know the name of it, but it seems to die back in the winter, but it's like a little chain of pink and green growth
