Family of 5 raccoons. This is why I haven't been using fish emulsion this year... Very curious and friendly, opened the sliding door a bit and a couple peaked in to say hello.

They're cute as hell but not so much when they're in your attic rattling around at night until they finally chew their way out of the soffit.

It's a little blurry, but we've had a population explosion of these New Mexico geckos. They're nocturnal, but sleeping bugs or awake, they all look like a feast for these guys.

Yep, we have them too. They showed up here around 10 years ago. My wife HATES them. I kept them at bay a while with this cinnamon/peppermint spray. They evidently don't like the smell. We DO like the smell.

Interesting. Maybe it's two different species? I'm blessed; my wife loves animals, as long as they don't slither. I call her my Snow White. But she's never getting close to that old hag!

the peppermint keeps spiders and all other insects at bay as well
