@AZbonsai, I definitely want to connect with the Phoenix Bonsai Society. I'm a recent transplant to Arizona living in Prescott and getting back into bonsai of late.
Do you know of any other bonsai people in the Prescott area?
Do you know if live club meetings and events will be going on this Spring? Not sure I'll formally join if meetings and events aren't going on. However, I'd still love to connect with other interested bonsai practitioners who are also willing to get together in person.
I"m particularly interested in learning how to successfully collect local species; oaks, ponderosa, pinyon, etc., but especially the oaks (Arizona White Oak, Emory Oak, Gambel Oak, Scrub Oak).
I'm grateful for any info you, or other Arizonans, can give.
