I wondered if what you were really asking, was is there an accurate way to get the information, without
all of the idle chit chat.
It does take a while to politely read through all the flotsam and jetsam.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a book on Bonsai with the most / all of the information.

Presently, it seems,apart from Bonsai Today, no one really stressed the importance of - ground growing, tiles and colanders,
all together. [ I stand to be corrected - group folk ]
Anyhow, I will keep reading, see what might show up.
