That's a setting in your camera app. Google has it defaulted on to eat up your photo storage so they can charge you monthly for extra storage. Turn it off in your camera settings you don't need it.

Wow... I Googled looking for how to turn it off a few weeks ago but couldn't find anything - assumed they got rid of the ability for that reason.

If anyone else is looking for it, the setting is called "Top shot."

Hope all goes well. I was forced to upgrade at least 13 servers over the summer for the same reason (CentOS to Alma linux). The OS portion went smoothly. Everything else is what gets you. I hope this is a smooth transition for you.

I had to unbreak the site, LOL. I had initiated some backup protocols for the site upgrade and forgot to turn them off, and like a virtual PacMan it ate up all our memory!

PacMan has been removed
