More elm work today. These are two elms that I dug from someone's front yard almost a year ago. They didn't do too much last year but really took off this year. I cut them both back hard in late winter and did some light pruning this afternoon to get stuff to pop lower down on the trunks.

Both of these are project trees to work on with my two older children. The twin trunk was claimed by my son and the other by my daughter. I'm going to enjoy working on these with each of them and I'm looking forward towards the day when these will be in a show pot.

Locked in the vault for another month. Not showing the updates until BVF opens it up for updates but they are looking SWEET!

You know, like the ones you buried in the back yard and never found again. Post up your 2-3 trees which are works-in-progress now, but you're expecting great things from in 3 years. Then we'll dig up the thread in a few years and take a look.

Whatcha got?
Whatcha gonna have this time in 2018?
