I'm saying the height of the trunk is 2.5 not the diameter. That's probably maybe a inch wide.

Must be using the same tape measure I gave my wife.

Good for you enjoying this little maple. I also love almost any type of plant in a pot.

However mame are refined small bonsai with (relatively) thick trunks and trained branches.
