So this Ficus at one time was awesome looking. A friend of mine got it threw an Estate sale. He showed me a picture of it when he got it 3 years ago and I asked him if it was for sale and he told me he had someone interested. Year goes by and I asked him about it and he tells me "yeah I still got that thing it's out back, not doing so well.".... the person interested never came threw and him being so busy he never got back to me. Mind you he dosent know a thing about growing anything. By the time that I actually got to see it in person all the branches were dying and had a total of 10 leaves, maybe less. I took it off his hands and within the pass 2 years I was able to thankfully save it.
I took the top branch and made it a leader and created a canopy from it. Been working with only that these 2 years. It's coming along great. I think next season I will air layer this and I believe I can get 2 nice trees out of this in time. What you guys think?
