I just got back from Japan as well and went to Omiya and the smaller nurseries. I dare not take any pictures where I couldn't. I'm glad you did. They really force you to savor with your eyes and engrain it into your brain. So much so I had to buy the book so I could stare at them through a picture to remember them by.
