The Mother Tree

This is growing in my front yard. I'm planning multiple airlayers next year. I started one at the end of may and it is showing new growth so thats exciting. Anyone have an idea on culitvar. It's about 7' tall with an 8-10" trunk. I''m planning on shaping it into a very large informal upright landscape tree, taking upwards of 30-50 airlayers and tons of cuttings just a big learning tree.
