My only wish is that I wish the classify section here has more action since I dont do FB at all and all my friends are getting their trees on FB..Plus, who needs FB when they have Bonsainut??
I have to admit I cheat and use my husband's FB to get on the auctions. He is not thrilled that his page always has bonsai stuff popping up on it.My only wish is that I wish the classify section here has more action since I dont do FB at all and all my friends are getting their trees on FB..
And look at the really nice trees you have now, as well as nice pots!I’m very happy that I found this forum!
I do feel like I have made many friends here. I appreciate the willingness to share information, advice and experience of those who have the knowledge of this craft. Without the direction of this forum I would still be here:

The bar at the Logan’s Roadhouse is a good place...This site has been a daily fixture for me for over a decade and I personally am a much richer person for it in many ways. Along with all things bonsai, the friendships that have been born from my participation here will shape the rest of my life... and that's kinda cool . Anyways, @bonsainut, when we finally meet in person at the next Silhouette Show in Kannapolis, @Adair M will buy the first round.
They have PBR there? You always told me when you buy a round it's PBR or nuthin! The bar at the Logan’s Roadhouse is a good place...
That seems like a long way to go for a meet?????The bar at the Logan’s Roadhouse is a good place...
Agreed. And to be honest, I prefer the Erldunda Roadhouse Restaurant. That seems like a long way to go for a meet?????
A little closer for me but still a fair trip - 22 hours in the car from here and a good way further for most B'nutters.Agreed. And to be honest, I prefer the Erldunda Roadhouse Restaurant.
I’m talking about the Logan’s in Kannapolis, NC. There are, usually, good bonsai shows in Kannapolis: the annual (except this year) Winter Silohette show, and the bi-annual National Shohin Show.I add my thanks to Greg for the forum and all of those who continue to post positive and encourage others.

@Bonsai Nut the last person I saw in a soccer shirt was Sack from Wedding Crashers..lol...

Both these shows attract bonsai people in from all over the East Coast.
