I don't think there's a hard and fast rule. Some professionals I've heard say that you can play it safe and wait a couple weeks, but that it might not even be necessary. The fungicide just won't really do much of anything if the roots were worked super vigorously and need some time to respond. It's not like adding salts (chemical fertilizers) to freshly damaged roots, which might pose a little more of an issue, though that's also up in the air. There's also the consideration of the the pot microbiome, but that's a whole other argument.
