This tree is straight from a regular nursery so its planted in potting soil and has been for many years I would think. Therefore, I would also think that there are going to be a lot of roots at the bottom of the pot. Will this affect how I trim the roots this year or should I still chop off the bottom half and remove any large roots remaining?
