Thank you! the first two rocks I tried.. on my test patch, looked SO promising.. but their prints were complete garbage. JUST the type of thing Penumbra had mentioned.

I’d imagine charcoal shard pressed in, would burn OUT hotter and slower.. leaving more evidence of the combustion.. maybe?
