starting a raft jade?

My jade is so small, 5 yrs old and growing slowly.

I will ask her to take a picture as I don't have a recent one. As I mentioned they are considered a shrub in many places so I treat them as such only indoors

Took me a long time and the picture is so-so but as I was saying they grow fast. This one is in a 12 inch wide pot for reference -

Those are plants in the Foyer Entrance of the Offices my Wife works at. There is a variety of Office plants there that her and the owners Wife have for decoration. I do have one she brought home mostly dead last Spring and have it back to health. Not certain I will do anything other then grow it though.
