I separated this part on 09/25/2013.

It sure looks like trash but I decided to save it. It looks like this now (a bit over 10 months later). Still a long way to go but it looks better now I think.

I am estimating it at 9" to 10" tall right now (from top of soil).

The mother plant produced 2 air layers as well. One was given away and the other is on it's way as well.
