My dessert rose had root rot issue. So I treated it and repotted it on 4/1. When I repotted it, I didn't water it and left it in the dry soil. It hasn't grown any new leaves yet. Should I water it now? If I shouldn't, when should I start watering it?

Thank you for any suggestions!

wait until it leafs out to water. After removing rot it needs at least 1-4 weeks to dry out and callous over, depending on the size, before you should water it. I've seen big ones hung to dry for 2-3 months. They can go a long time without water.
