Seagrape - sick or OK?

Hey folks,

I'm wondering if I should be concerned about this here baby seagrape. Specifically, I'm not sure what's causing the purple spots developing on some leaves. Pathogen? Nutrient deficiency?

Also, it did have a leaf grow in wonky... it looks like something was chewing on the leaf, but that's just how the leaf grew in. But subsequent leaves seem to be growing normally so far.

Should I be concerned??
