Just leave it and let it thicken the truck. Make your tree with the foliage lower on the tree.

For a cook I think this result is quite ok so far. Some still need to be wired and others I don't like the trunk line very much.

These 3 are still left. I sold that other stuff and 3 of them broke, so 3 minus 3 plus 5 is what's left. Yes people life is beautiful in Ede south. Sun, clouds and rain, what more could a person want? Yesterday I was watering, the hose shoots loose a thick water gang on my roof, really less everything wet plus me. But it’s a good story as long as the beer is cold. If it’s a disjointed story, blame google.

@Ruben Bouwmeester how do you prune these when developing? I started some of his year but not sure how to control growth in the coming years. I’m trying but not that good with pines. Pretty much failing until I figure out proper methods lol.

I didn’t do much pruning. Last year i removed some budds. There are diverent ways too develop them. Check bonsai tonight that is a good sorce. I am also not growing pines that long.

1 from the 3 had a good flush with Nice new budds. The other one is a little behind.Same here, but that 1 flush was a really good one here

Okay, I think this will be the one. I also have the other 2 just in case. First time I pruned it, otherwise only removed buds. I hope for good backbudding to be able to build up some branches from those buds. I'm still undecided about repotting either early next year or at the end of the year.
