I am looking to collect this tree in one way, shape or form and thought it would be a good time to practice an air layer or two. I was wondering if this would be trying to do too much. I am really after the base but considering I am new, I figured an air layer might be a good way to collect more material. Would it be too much to set up 2 layers off the main trunk even with the feeder branch in between? (I also know that the top red line doesn't exactly match between the photos but it's just there as a guideline) Any help is appreciated.
