Probably invasive euonymous winter creeper turned into bonsai.

I moved into my house last year, and there were two of these bushes out front, with one much scragglier than the other.

So I ripped out one today and was able to separate it into multiple potential bonsais.



We'll see how it does. Once the cold snap passes, I'll put the smaller ones out.

I feel that! I'm planning on collecting some from my parents house this spring too! They're moving this year, so I figure I might as well take some trees before they leave!
