Vincent Tanner Shohin Messages 258 Reaction score 875 Location Northeast Connecticut, USA USDA Zone 6A Apr 19, 2023 #22 UPDATE. Hey, friends. I can’t tell if I’m paranoid or not. I’m not sure if I’m noticing new things or if the needles were like this all along… I feel like this is new discoloration on last years needles. Any thoughts? Thanks for helping a newbie! Meaning you think I’m being paranoid? I’ll be patient and continue watering, fertilizing, and just trying to maximize health.

Vincent Tanner Shohin Messages 258 Reaction score 875 Location Northeast Connecticut, USA USDA Zone 6A Nov 29, 2023 #26 Gah! Feels like this thing is slipping away from me. On one hand, it has lots of big buds set for next year— including some back buds— so to me that indicates strength / health. (I hope?) But! This needlecast is relentless! It has been a very wet year here in New England. I’ve been spraying every couple of weeks alternating between Daconil and copper. Any other advice or ideas appreciated! Thank you all. This makes it difficult to know if you really stopped the infection. Just keep on schedule with applications of Daconil, and if spring growth stays clean, you have succeeded.
