Pines losing green and coming out of fascicle very easy.

Could easily be heat. Or too much water. Or...???

The needles pull from the fascicle with almost no effort.

Foliage that isn't hardened off yet, is easy to pull.
I think the yellow is caused by watering too much. But in serious heat that's part of the game; better to have them be yellow for a couple months a year than it is to lose them entirely.
 
Yellow can also be an indication of iron deficiency

If you have an open, inorganic soil with high heat, I have a hard time believing it's overwatering.
