This tree won't allow a picture . Every time I try to take a picture my phone freezes. It has more of a presence than most humans when I walk by it.

If it were mine I would get this tree more zippy before more work. Then concentrate on working it down into a smaller pot with a more aggregate soil. Sometimes larger junipers like this really sulk when they have to regrow a lot of roots and its best done when also making them healthy rather than imposing a style. Does this tree still have collection soil on its roots?
