Those are some pale leaves...neutrient lock? I personally would offer Epsom salts first...then follow up with the iron later. I used to mix it in water. But now, sprinkle a pinch onto the pot for slow release as well.
Epsom salts
Yes, just regular Epsom salts. I started sprinkling a pinch onto the soil for slow release which is what Adam Lavigne mentioned he does. So had to look up what ones use. @rockm mentioned 1/2 tsp to a gallon of water. Where earlier in the thread was it @just.wing.it stated he used 1tsp? Of course he didn't say to what amount of water.Hey...
Just regular epsom salt? How much per gallon?
Thank you

Honestly, If you have not had any ill effects...I would imagine it's not an issue. Which was my thought process. Like I said, I now apply a pinch onto the surface of the pot when I add mine. Instead of diluting in water.Yes, I've used Epsom salt with success in greening up azaleas.
1 tablespoon to a half gallon of water....that may be excessive.
You know how I hate to be picky, but what we have here anecdotal evidence which reflects a million different practices under a myriad of different did's and didn't's, so if I throw in a different experience with different results it may further muddy the waters. You can thank me later. Foliar feeding requires the leaves to be cleansed by rain or whatever a few times, or some minimal amount inbetween, or the salts can build up and become counter-productive. In the week immediately preceding the club show last year I had a brainstorm to foliar feed a couple trees three times in that week. It didn't rain and the salt build up became visible as a white-ish film, just exactly the opposite of what Superbrain wanted. It wouldn't wash off, and by the end of the two day show, the trees looked really rugged. My bad.
Iron worked quick on what ever it was.I doubt it was nutrient block.

Thank you Darlene for your input.
