Olive tree just getting started.

Any update?

I was thinking to update this thread a few weeks ago, so took some photos. I've not been in here for a couple of years. The tree needs repotting and possibly a smaller pot, in the recent photos I'd added two bits of wire to tie the branches down over the winter, ready to prune back to the silhouette roughly shown by the paint edit, I'd be happy in the short term to just have more ramification and neaten up the silhouette..

I did put a rock under the gap on the right of the trunk, but might sort that out with the substrate when I repot instead.
The reason the newer photos were taken at an angle from the front of the pot is to show the desired new front.

Thought I'd update this thread, no major changes, I've chosen a different pot and I'm now thinking of carving the bulge on the trunk and raising the tree a bit and try to find some nebari in the next repot.
I need to let it grow this year coming and remember to feed it more regularly!
