Best hose reels made anywhere. Had two in my old house... never leaked a drop for more than ten years.

I just bought four more for the new house... and might grab a couple more. Two free-standing, two post-mounted. Can't say enough positive things about the company.

I don't have one of those but their design is the same one used for pressure washer hoses and I have 2 of those. If they don't leak at 2500 psi, they will never leak at 80-100 psi.

Why would your wife be jealous. Do you not allow her to use the hoses too?

Made me go looking, but a bit of sticker shock!!!

Because they last forever. I got tired of paying $50-$60 for hose reels that leaked out of the box, and then fell apart within 2-3 years.

When I say they don't leak, they NEVER leak. Not a single drop. I've got 100' 3/4" hoses on each one, and it is nice to be able to effortlessly crank the hose in from the garden.

I bought a Eley hose and reel based on @Bonsai Nut's recommendation. Overall, I'm really quite pleased with both of them. The reel itself is fantastic. One of the anchors is loose, but that's my fault for poorly mounting it in the brick wall.

The hose is pretty good overall. Very tough and leaking. It has developed a spot that's prone to kinking, but it's not that bad

Sooo, I did a thing... since I now have a stupid long backyard and I left my retractable hose in the house we just sold I decided to get something that at least will last me for a few years. Placed an order at Eley, gonna give that watering nozzle a try on my DRAMM wand and compare it to the Red Head and Lemon Head I already have.
