Not much from the quick trip ( weather was crap - monsoon )
also had to clean up my deceased father-in laws estate

Father in law passed away in January 2022 but the neighbour were looking after the property ( we were stuck in NZ because of COVID etc... )

A lot of commercially produced seed being moved around the world can carry virus and fungal diseases which cannot be seen or detected without lab testing which is why you shouldnt import without the correct plant health certification.
Even some of the "reputable " Commercial seed traders/ importes have fallen foul of this in recent times and introduced quarantine viruses to commercial growers via their supposedly clean seed !
