Not entirely convinced this is a Seiju elm.....still looks like a fun elm to play with.
 
Looks like a Chinese elm, but the bark doesn't look Seiju - ish to me. I could be wrong, and even if I'm right it shouldn't in any way reduce the enjoyment you get out of this tree.
 
Here's a big Seiju elm I'm airlayering, and a close up of some smaller trunks. Notice how lumpy the trunks are? Yours looks awfully smooth for a Seiju.

definitely not seiju. Looks like an import elm that somebody trunkchopped and let that leader go a bit. Like the others said, looks fun to play with.
 
Everything about it says chinese elm to me. Bark and leaves.
