Need help identifying this guy…

Guys can someone please help identify this seeding? I don’t usually make this mistake but I planted several kinds of seeds a while back and this little guy grew. I can’t figure out what it is. Thank you so much! I might have to wait until it grows up a little more. It never hurts to ask right? Thank you

Oh Jesus thanks y’all. I have no idea how that got in there lol. It had to have been an accident because I was planting bonsai tree seeds that day. I didn’t think it would be anything like that but I wasn’t sure. Thanks for the responses. I appreciate it. (Embarrassed) lol

sinc I’ve been unsure about the seedling, I’m going to go through all my seeds today and cross reference on google. Whatever’s growing, it’s apparently not something that I meant to plant and very possible it’s a weed but I appreciate you guys input. I’d never seen an like it so I wanted to ask. I appreciate you for responding to my post. I’ll keep investigating it. Thanks again!

Not anymore as of 7/1/2021 (at least on the state level)

As for the i.d., kale is probably right, but first thought was a type of scented geranium

It is completely legal now in Virginia. But if you have over 4 plants there is a little fine.

Thank you for your response. To be honest, it’s been a little while back. I remember planting Jacaranda tree seeds, Dawn Redwoods, Raspberries , blueberries, Chinese Elm, Loblolly pines & I think sage & basil for my garden but it’s not any of those. It’s possible it’s a weed or maybe some seed from another plant somehow got accidentally mixed in it but I’m just going to let it keep growing and go through my seeds and see if any of those could be it. I don’t believe it’s a tree of any kind, but instead just a plant. Thanks for your help nonetheless. lol
